Your billing password allows you to access your billing account. Here you can view and update your subscriptions.
To change your Billing password:
- Go to www.ikydz.com > My Login and login to your customer portal using your email address and 4 digit PIN.
- Click on ‘Billing’
- This will bring you to your Billing portal
- Click on the link ‘Forgot Password’
- Enter the email address you used to register your billing account details
- You will be sent an email with instructions to reset your password
